TouchNSurf offers what is considered to be one of the most advanced, reliable, electronic information kiosks available today. In fact, the current system recently received national acclaim as the “Best Public Access Communication System” in North America at KioskCom 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada.   The Internet based system provides users with high-speed access to the internet, the ability to check/send email, record and send video email, access MS Office (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), access pop email, make clear Voice over IP calls to anywhere in the world while surfing the web, and much more.

We offer service contracts where as part of the agreement, we will monitor and/or provide maintenance to the kiosk if there is ever a problem detected with the terminal. At TNS, We understand that in order to maximize profits from the kiosks, they must be functioning first. That is why all TouchNSurf Internet kiosks are connected to our main web server so we can keep track of any trouble reported from the kiosk at our Network Operating Center (NOC). This enables us to resolve any problems efficiently, in order to minimize downtime.

The kiosk allows for phone calls to be placed over the intemet while a customer is surfing the intemet without degradation of voice quality through a proprietary hardware compression technique that provides voice priority even with heavy web usage, while maintaining high voice quality. VolP represents a significant source of revenue for public communications. According to Frost & Sullivan, revenues from current VoIP traffic is estimated to be at $910.8 million in 2000, with revenues expected to reach over $110 billion by the year 2006.

 All of the systems are connected to our Network Operating Center (NOC), which monitors and maintains the units 24/7. The NOC monitors each unit to ensure it is operating properly at all times. It provides real-time, web based reporting of all revenues on the units for accounting and traffic reports.  All information, including advertising, concierge, and software upgrade content is modified and remotely uploaded to each terminal without manual intervention. In the unlikely event of error detection, the NOC dispatches the appropriate authority to resolve the issue immediately.
